Information we collect
When you request a quote, contact us or request a booking, we collect your name, phone number, optional email, property information, service choice, address or area, preferred date and time, and any message you provide.
How we use your information
We use these details to respond to your enquiry, assess service availability, prepare a quote, schedule an appointment and communicate about the service. We do not sell your personal information or use this form as consent to unrelated marketing.
Service providers
The website and request records are hosted using Netlify. If a calendar connection is configured, confirmed appointment details may be shared with Google Calendar to schedule your service. WhatsApp, email and phone communication are subject to the policies of those respective providers. These providers may process information outside your province or Canada.

We retain information as needed to respond to requests, deliver services and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Booking records are restricted to authorised staff. No online service can guarantee absolute security; please do not include financial information or sensitive personal details in the message field.
Your choices
You can contact Raj to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable obligations. Email is optional. You may contact us directly instead of submitting the online form.
